When I was in Year 4, I got very bored in one of our English lessons and started to chew the top of my new handwriting pen. I tried to get the top off in one bite but it attached to my lip. It was stuck, hanging from my top lip! I had to ask my best friend to tell the teacher because I couldn't speak, I felt sooo embarrassed!

Bus boo boo
I was with my mum on the bus back from the shopping centre. It was the first time I'd been on a bus and I didn't know that there were no
seat belts, so when the bus pulled away I shouted: "STOP I'M NOT
CLIPPED IN!" My mum whispered to me: "There are no seat belts on buses
darling." It was soooo embarassing.

Not so nice ice!
It was a sunny day
so my family and I took a trip to the beach. As a treat my Mum bought me a yummy
mint-choc chip ice cream. Suddenly, a huge dog ran at me and knocked me straight over! My ice
cream landed in my hair and, worst of all, the whole beach saw. Cringe!

Trouser trauma
I went over to my bestie's house for a sleepover. We were having so much fun, making up dance
routines and being a little bit silly. Suddenly, as I was leaping off her bed (air guitar style), her brother came round the corner and my trousers totally ripped! I had
to wear a towel until her mum found me one of my friend's spare pairs of trousers! ARGHH!!!

A tight mess
I was asleep one morning and woke up to find I was late for school - my brother had turned my alarm off! I shoved on my clothes from the day before and ran straight out to the bus. As I got on, loads of people were grinning at me and I couldn't understand why. I asked my best friend and she said I had an old pair of tights flapping out the end of my trousers! Argh!!

Doggy don't
My new puppy was only 6 weeks old and I was trying to train him, so I took him for a walk down by the pond near my house. Every time he ran round the pond I would give him a small dog biscuit to say well done. However, the last time we were running round, I threw the dog biscuit into the water by accident and my dog dived in. But I was still holding the lead and got pulled in after him! When I came out I was soaking and drenched from head to toe in muck and dirty water. SO gross and cringe-worthy!

Dance disaster
My friend and I were walking back to class one day and the hall was really empty. I started showing off to my friend by moonwalking backwards, but suddenly I bumped into something. A voice said 'Watch where you're going!' and I realised I'd walked straight into my headteacher! CRINGE!
